Turkey And Avocado Wrap With Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 2-3 slices of deli turkey
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wash and slice the sweet potato into thin rounds.
- Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the sweet potato slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Lay out the tortilla and layer the turkey, avocado, lettuce, carrots, and cucumber in the center.
- Roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Serve with the sweet potato chips on the side.

- Feel free to add any other veggies or toppings that you prefer.
