Baked Salmon With Lemon And Herbs
Ingredients Â
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
InstructionsÂ
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the olive oil mixture.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
